Who is Morgan?
Morgan is a passionate and experienced dance educator and movement specialist. She recently graduated with her Masters in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University Chicago, where she focused on the intersection of dance and injury prevention. She also holds a BFA in Dance from San Jose State University and has studied at Long Beach State University, as well as with renowned choreographers Erika Randall, Susan MacLain, Andy Vaca, and Rennie Harris.
Morgan has over 10 years of experience owning and operating a dance studio in Northern California, where she maintained a perfect safety record with zero significant student injuries. This is a testament to her deep understanding of anatomy and her commitment to teaching movement in a safe and effective way.
Morgan's teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone is capable of moving with joy and confidence. She creates a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students of all ages and abilities feel welcome and challenged. Her classes are fun, informative, and physically demanding, and she always strives to help her students reach their full potential.
In addition to her teaching work, Morgan is also a choreographer and performer. Her choreography credits include productions of "Chicago," "Cabaret," "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," and "Rite of Spring." She is also a member of the dance faculty at Concordia University Chicago.
